How does alteration support work?
Every Chizelclub garment ships with a one-page alteration cheatsheet — measurements, seam allowances, and tailoring notes any local tailor can read. If you'd rather not hunt for one, we'll match you with a partner atelier in your city.
Does it cost anything?
The cheatsheet and the partner atelier match are included with every order. Tailoring fees at the atelier are paid directly to them — we don't mark them up, and we've negotiated friendly pricing for Chizelclub customers.
What can be altered?
Waist, hip, thigh, length, hem. Our pairs are built with generous seam allowances and clean construction, so most refinements are a one-hour job for a competent tailor.
What if I don't have a tailor I trust?

Why this approach instead of in-house re-tailoring?
Because real fit refinement happens locally — the tailor who knows your body and how you wear your jeans is closer than our atelier. We design the garment to be altered, ship the playbook, and put you in front of someone who can do it right.
